Frequently Asked Questions
When wlll the all you can eat buffet return?
We understand Billabongs Restaurant has been an icon in the Hunter Valley Region, known as the longest and largest buffet in the area for the last 25 years. However, the buffet will not be returning.
Why can’t I go plate up and choose my own food?
Due to Government restrictions, food displayed cannot be used for consumption. Self service areas are considered high risk due to the frequency of hand contact with utensils and shared surfaces between people. We are minimising all possible risk factors by closing the buffet area entirely.
Can you be like the Cruises and have a staff to stand behind the buffet to serve?
Due to Government restrictions, food displayed cannot be used for consumption. To ensure the safety of our customers and team members, we are minimising contact with areas considered high risk.
